The Ancients

While I’ve been waiting for Sentient to get rolling, I’ve been working on the sequel, tentatively titled The Ancients. I don’t know if that title will even apply after I’m done. It seems to be writing itself. I make outlines, but the characters take it over and something different comes out. I think we’re going to the same destination, though, so my outline is still in play.

I’ve started reviewing it through my critique group. I can’t stress how important these people are to me. How important any critique group is to any writer. I wrote a post on it (click the word “post” to get to it).

So far, they love this continuation of Pala’s story.
